Thomas C. Junker
Tom leads the firm’s Litigation Practice Team. He is a trial and appellate lawyer with over thirty years of experience, primarily in the areas of commercial, banking and financial services litigation.Tom has advised and represented companies and individuals with respect to a broad range of commercial disputes, including cases involving breach of contract, fraud, conspiracy, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, trademark and patent infringement, unfair competition, unlawful restraint of trade, U.C.C., lender liability and employment discrimination claims, among others. He also has considerable experience in the defense of products liability, personal injury, property damage, medical and other professional malpractice claims, and he has substantial trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts, including trials in the Eastern District of Virginia “Rocket Docket,” and appeals before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

First Union National Bank, 262 Va. 91, 546 S.E.2d 696 (2001); and National Council of the Churches of Christ v. First Union National Bank, 153 F.3d 721 (4th Cir. 1998).
